How long will delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–10 working days. You will receive a notification 48 hours before your delivery with your time slot.

Is delivery really free?

Yes — all beds, mattresses, divan bases, ottoman beds, and headboards include free standard delivery to mainland UK. No hidden charges.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to mainland UK. Please contact us if you are unsure about your location.

Can I return my order?

You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies and return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility. See our Returns Policy for full details.

What warranty do I get?

All PrimeSleep mattresses include a 1-Year Manufacturer's Guarantee against defects. Selected mattresses also include a 5-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects with tiered replacement contributions. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I choose my fabric colour?

Yes — divan bases, headboards, ottoman beds, and divan bed sets are available in over 25 premium fabric colours across 6 fabric families (Plush, Naples, Wool, Marble, Spice, Horizon).

What storage options are available?

Our divan bases and divan bed sets offer several storage configurations: No Storage, 2 Drawer Foot End, 2 Drawer Same Side, 4 Drawer, and Ottoman gas-lift. Not all options are available in all sizes.

Do I need to assemble anything?

Divan bases arrive in two halves that simply push together — no tools required. Headboards attach easily with the included fittings. Full assembly instructions are included.

How do I care for my mattress?

We recommend:

• Using a mattress protector from day one (required to maintain your warranty)
• Rotating your mattress every 4–6 weeks for the first 3 months, then every 3 months thereafter
• Keeping the mattress dry and well-ventilated
• Not folding, bending, or jumping on the mattress

What sizes do you offer?

Most products are available in 6 UK standard sizes:

• 2'6" — Small Single
• 3ft — Single
• 4ft — Small Double
• 4'6" — Double
• 5ft — King
• 6ft — Super King

Note: Ottoman beds are available from Single (3ft) upwards. 4 Drawer bases are available from Small Double (4ft) upwards.
